Who we are

What we collect

Only what you enter in the quote form: your name, phone number and email address, together with the details about your window (new build or existing, the surface and the calculated indicative price).

What we use it for

To follow up on your request: confirm your indicative price, answer your questions and prepare a quote if you want one. The legal basis is that you ask for these steps yourself before any contract exists (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for anything else and do not share it with third parties.

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted in your browser before it is sent. The server that receives it cannot read it; only our team can decrypt it.

How long we keep it

At most 90 days. If a contract follows from your request, we keep what we need for that contract or a legal obligation.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services. Nothing about your visit is recorded.

Your rights

You can request, correct or delete your data by emailing luke@vultano.be. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
